During Activity

U Caffeine offers convenient caffeine tablets with 50-100mg of caffeine in tablet or effervescent form. Effervescent tablets 100mg are calorie-free and tasteless, offering 100mg of caffeine per tablet. They're perfect to add to your sports drink bottle, giving it an extra boost when you need it, whether you've been biking, running, or skiing for a long time and need some mental support. It's simply a convenient way to enhance your energy supply with both carbohydrates and caffeine when needed. 100mg of caffeine is equivalent to what's in a large cup of coffee, or about 1.5 regular cups, although a cup can be a vague measure. There's a break line in the middle of the effervescent tablets, allowing you to easily dose half the tablet (50mg of caffeine). The tablets 50mg are also tasteless and calorie-free, providing 50mg of caffeine per tablet, which is equivalent to half a cup of coffee. These don't dissolve in water; you swallow them whole as they are. The tablets are only 4x4mm in size.
