  • Stomach problems solved!
I’ve struggled with GI issues when running ultramarathons since I started doing them over 10 years ago. U SPORT is a game-changer - in a recent 100k race I used it throughout and it delivered consistent energy with no upset tummy! Can’t wait to keep exploring the UMARA universe

  • U Gels - Highly Recommended
U gels are simply awesome. I used them for the OTW 100K race. They are easy on stomach and easy to eat. I took them with U Sport and U bar, it forms a complete nutrition package for ultras.

  • UGels - Effective and Tasty!
UGels are tasty and packaged easy to consume on the go. It has a good light and not too runny consistency and it's combination of electrolyte mix means you don't have to take so many gels each hour compared to other gels I've taken in the past, (great for even my delicate stomach), and means less to carry during a long run. Works really well with the U SPORT powder too. Can't wait to try out more flavours!

  • "UMARA Gluten Free Energy Bar
A friend of mine introduced me to the Umara gluten free blueberry bar and I haven’t looked back. The bars are ‘practical’ in that they’re easy to carry, open and consume on the run. From a ‘taste and texture’ perspective they’re a nice addition to the homemade mash of sweet potatoes and peanut butter I often take. And most importantly, for me as a Celiac they’re easy to digest and don’t cause any gut upset. Winner!
