U GEL is our Screwtop self-composed energy gel. With a composition of 50/50 between energy and liquid, it is easy-flowing and provides 30g of carbohydrates + electrolytes, with the same stomach-friendly carbohydrate composition of 1:0.8 as U SPORT has.

Available in Vanilla Custard, Chocolate Coffee, Lemon, and Grapefruit.

The Chocolate Coffee and Grapefruit flavor have 31mg of caffeine, which is an adapted amount of caffeine to maintain the levels in the body when consuming 1-2 caffeine-rich gels per hour.

How to USE:

Recommended dosage is 2-3 gels per hour, which gives 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour.
The gel is easy-flowing, so you do not need to drink water in connection with intake. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.
