U RECOVER is our 100% vegan recovery drink with a smooth, soft taste of chocolate or vanilla (or a 50/50 mix of vanilla/chocolate if you feel like it). 1.5-3 scoops (50-100g) are mixed in 500ml of water or milk and consumed immediately after physical activity to replenish muscle glycogen and deliver complete protein to provide "building blocks" for muscle recovery.

The protein in U Recover is based on a carefully balanced amount of Pea Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate, Rice Protein + BCAAs, which gives the protein the same complete amino acid profile as whey protein, which is considered the "golden standard" for optimal protein. We do not compromise on quality and perfection in product development.

The source of carbohydrates is maltodextrin, which replenishes your muscles with new muscle glycogen. In addition to this, it also contains the amino acid Glutamine, which is involved in the immune system.
